I got a couple of those in the mail... it is one of those jobs where you work for a week or 2... they say you get a paycheck after like 2 weeks or w.e.. and they fire you.
thats where i work. just send them your social security number along with your bank account for tax purposes. if you dont do that then you wont recieve your first paycheck because they need that info to fill out your tax forms and what not. i forgot to do this and my first check was delayed by like a month.
