50 Calibre welcomes Enhanced as its Counter-Strike 1.6 team
50 Calibre Gaming has picked up and released two cs 1.6 teams in the past six months. Sadly, both teams had failed due to internal issues, leaving 50 Calibre without a 1.6 team over the last few months. During this period, 50 Calibre began the process of searching for it's next CS 1.6 team. The lack of consistent and stable 1.6 teams available in North America made this an extremely tedious process, but we have narrowed this decision down to one team based on their LAN history, stability, and desire to excel and compete at the highest level.

With that said 50 Calibre is proud to announce Team Enhanced as our new 1.6 team. Currently Team Enhanced is 7-1 in CALInvite and 3-1 in CEVOMain. This past March Enhanced placed 2nd at G3GCLAN in New York. Upcoming events include the March X3O qualifying event and several other online qualifiers such as WCG and ESWC.

50 Calibre's new 1.6 roster is as follows:

- Luis "Frako” Cabral
- Christopher" ekkL" Mejia
- Kyle "Hurr1canE" Libby
- Nicolas "nickf" Febbraro
- Jasper "sfX-_0`"Ko
- Jon "Infernal" Yacker - Manager

Past LAN history:
• WCG USA 2007 National Finals in Orlando, FL
• 2nd at web2zone PNY Winter 07
• 2nd at G3GC Mar. 08
• 3rd at x3o Winter Championships 2007
• 3rd at Virtual Rush Summer 07
• Numerous placings at web2zone, CyberHub, Parallax, CyberConXion, x3o,
and other Atlantic LAN centers.
