The third Extreme Masters American Qualification Cup is well underway with thirty-two more teams vying for a berth to the Main Round. This is the third of four qualifiers that will see a total of sixteens earning spots in the Main Round. The top four teams from each of these qualification cups will advance onto the next stage.

The sixteen teams in the main round will then continue the qualifying process that will see six teams move on in the Continental Final in Philadelphia where they will be joined by two wildcard teams from South America. It doesn't end there, however, as the top teams from the Continental Final will advance to the last stage, the World Final where they will face the best teams from around the World.

Highlighting this qualifier are x3o and EG, making their first appearance in the third Extreme Masters. They will attempt to join the five teams already qualified from the first two qualifiers (the second is still underway.)
