So much for s0nny's prediction that the new players on Venom replacing Exodus and Hanes would suck. Venom's new-look CS:S squad seems to be primed to compete with Core for being the dominant CS:S side in the league.
Also, Belle continues to struggle, although I will admit at least that watching her matches isn't a complete joke anymore. She still loses, but somewhat less haplessly now.
Since Lake picked up PL to replace swoozie, even if Belle keeps losing LA would seem to be a legitimate contender, as the expected domination from him and the CS:S squad should make up for Belle... but if the CS:S team's struggles lately continue, LA is probably doomed to another basement finish in the regular season.
LA's racers aren't as good in Forza as they were in Project Gotham (another bad move by Lake, since he could have picked up some of the nice Forza talent that was at the last Combine instead of just going with his previous players again), and FIFA results are largely insignificant. Thus, LA desperately needs both PL and the CS:S team to dominate in order to hope to make the playoffs and beyond, since Belle can't be depended on and the racers aren't gonna be much better than mid-tier compared to the other racers in the league (if even that).
Go watch the videos on CGS website if you don't believe me. Some of the DoA brawls can get pretty epic.
And anyway, I don't watch the racing or FIFA either, but that doesn't keep me or anyone else from simply noting results.
But yeah, FIFA is boring and slow and Forza is retarded to watch as long as all the racers do is try to crash into one another at the very beginning and whatever random order results from the first 15 seconds of glorified bumper-car 'racing' ends up deciding the entire match.
