Looking for a Clan

I'm a complete noob to these forums so I will post here.. if it is in the wrong section feel free to flame me.

I'm a new members to css with about 2 months experience. I know the basics of the game and I am easily cooperative person. I am looking for an averaged skilled clan that I can join, scrim with, and become better all round players.

Again.. if this is in the wrong section.. I WANT FLAMES PL0xxxxxxxxxxxx

American based clan btw, preferably east coast
