He's talkin about the gameplay here. The movement and aiming is different so it makes you react to situations in source different than you would in 1.6. Those people who try to play source like 1.6 take the longest to succeed.
It you think of a situation that would fit the criteria that frod describes, you would realize that CGS rules have everything to do with his saying. I still can't believe he said that.

But back before the CGS rule set teams like devastation were really good because there strategies were well planned. But everyone will have a biased opinion its his right to say it.

#21 if you know how to play the game as a team you wont over rotate so that there goes right out the window, maybe on a lower level but how often does that workout in upper tier matches. Dont call me ignorant because you dont know how to play the game and the only way you can pull 1 round on tside the whole match is by faking 3 times in 1 round.
