so i recently started playing on esea for css and i noticed everyone theres headshots all the time and kills people pretty quick. can anyone give me some advice on how to improve my aim and spray?
The best advice anyone could ever give you is to simply play the game that feels and makes sense best for you. Alot of people ask for other* people's config and settings but they fail to understand that those preferences work best for that select individual. Get setting you* feel best and most comfortable with. Don't use other player configs because they aren't meant for you.
1. Deathmatch (100 Kills with M4, 100 kills with Ak, 100 kills with AWP; thats what i do :), but don't play against noobs, play against people your level or higher). 2. Muscle Memory tests 3. DON'T PUB 4. Learn From Your Mistakes :)

I know that not what you want to hear, but most people don't know how to practice properly. Practice is not a ton of pubbing and scrims.
also do some research on configurations... like:
cl_minmodels (make all models same)
gl_polyoffset .1 or 4 (.1 for nvida, 4 for ati)
-jlook/+jlook
optimal rates:
rate 25000
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101
ex_interp 0.01
fps_max 101
