The battle for all the marbles is going on in LA at the CGS World Finals. The second season of the CGS comes down to a handful of teams from across the globe.

The Dallas Venom continue to improve their record over last year and have made a remarkable turnaround. The OPTX slip in as a wilcard and hope to improve on their playoff experience from last year.

BSL and the Berlin Allianz look to put the Sydney franchise "underground". The Furia have also made an improvement over their 07 season and look to take out the pride of the Brits in Birmingham Salvo.

Last but certainly not least on the schedule for the 2008 CGS Quarter finals, the Wuhan Dragon takes on North American Region 1 champions, the mighty Carolina Core. All of this action is of course live from Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, California and broadcast on Direct TV's channel 101.
