In China, IEST Grand Finals for Starcraft are set to begin with several of the best players from Asia, Europe, North and South America competing. In the past couple days; problems arose among the South Koreans when two of their representatives were forced to withdraw from the tournament at the last minute. Fortunately, two replacements were found quickly and flown to China to compete. We can now safely say that each player has been settled within their group. The tournament is underway with the first set of matches from each group beginning at 12:30 AM on the 19th of October. The top two players from Groups A-D will advance to the next round of play consisting of two groups. The top two finishers in those groups will advance to the semi finals. 2nd Round Group A
